A new client, or a general enquiry, gets a reply the same day. If you already have a system with us, an urgent enquiry is guaranteed a response within two hours.

For an intranet or a new website, we ask a few questions, enough to understand the work. Then we write a proposal. It sets out the scope, how long the work will take, and the full cost. There are no hidden fees.

A call-out is priced on its own.

Residential call-outs cover the South East, from Greater London out to Portsmouth. Rye, where we are based, sits inside that area. The work is computer repairs, hardware installation, and home networks.
